1. Who we are

Al Khubaizi Motorcycles LLC (‘Al Khubaizi’, ‘we’, ‘us’) operates https://alkhubaizi.com.kw/. We are responsible for personal data collected through the Site and our related customer-service channels. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Kuwait law, including CITRA’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation.

  • Order and transaction data, including products, invoices, returns, refunds, warranty claims and payment status. Full card details are normally processed by authorised payment providers and are not stored by us.

3. How and why we use data
