Shipping policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://alkhubaizi.com.kw/ and forms part of our Terms of Service. Delivery availability, charges and estimated times shown at checkout apply to the relevant order.

2. Kuwait delivery

  • Orders with a merchandise subtotal of KWD 10.000 or more qualify for free standard delivery within Kuwait only, after discounts and before any optional service or installation charges.
  • Orders below KWD 10.000 are charged the local delivery fee displayed at checkout.
  • Free delivery does not apply to international orders or to exceptional oversized, restricted or special-handling items where an additional charge is clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • We aim to process in-stock orders promptly. Any delivery date or time is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

3. International delivery

International delivery is offered only to destinations accepted at checkout. Charges are calculated according to the courier, destination, weight, dimensions, value and required service. The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, permits and local charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. These amounts are not part of our product or shipping price and may be collected by the courier or destination authority.

4. Address, contact and delivery attempts

Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and reachable telephone number. We may contact the customer to verify the order. If delivery fails because the address or contact details are incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the parcel is refused, reasonable redelivery, return-to-sender and reshipment costs may be charged, except where the failure is ours or the courier’s responsibility.

5. Tracking, inspection and delivery issues

Tracking details will be provided when available. Please inspect the parcel at delivery and report visible damage, shortage or an incorrect item promptly to info@alkhubaizi.com.kw or +965 2228 6991, with the order number and supporting photographs. This notification request does not reduce any mandatory rights under Kuwait law.

6. Delays and restricted items

Delivery may be delayed by customs, security checks, weather, public holidays, events beyond reasonable control or restrictions affecting oils, batteries, aerosols, flammable products and other regulated goods. We may cancel or revise a shipment that cannot lawfully or safely be transported and will refund amounts paid for undeliverable items, subject to applicable law.

7. Risk and title

Risk passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or the customer’s authorised recipient. Ownership passes after full payment and delivery, subject to mandatory law. For international shipments arranged at the customer’s special request outside our normal checkout services, the agreed shipping term will apply.
